A Bit about Us . . .

Constable Cellars was formed in 2012 to provide funding for the In the Line of Duty Foundation, an IRS designated 503 (c) (3) non-profit charity that provides financial support to the widows and orphans of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.  Constable Cellars funds this charity through its production and sales of distinctive wines.    Please visit our Marketplace to view the wine collection and make desired purchases.  For more information about the In the Line of Duty Foundation, please click here.

Our first bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay occurred in 2012, from varietals grown in the Shandon AVA, just east of Paso Robles, California.  Our small vineyard and almond farm in Templeton, California was sold in 2016.  Presently, Constable Cellars sources high quality varietals from established vineyards in Santa Barbara, San Joaquin, and San Luis Obispo counties. Additionally, several well-known winemakers from these areas have generously partnered with Constable Cellars to support its vision and purpose through the production of our premium wines.

Our label depicts the historical badge worn by early law enforcement officers here in the United States.   This badge honors the continued commitment of our law enforcement officers today who unselfishly carry forth this dedication to protect and serve the citizens of this nation.   For more information on this historical badge, please click here.
